Jonathan Adly is the Founder and CEO of TJM Labs, where he leads the company’s mission to build the digital workforce for pharmacy. A pharmacist, engineer, and entrepreneur, Jonathan brings 15 years of experience across clinical pharmacy, pharmacy operations, health systems, and technology. Before founding TJM Labs, he served as Head of AI at a pharmacy technology company and founded and sold GalenAI, a pharmacy intelligence platform. Under his leadership, TJM Labs has grown to serve hundreds of pharmacies, deployed thousands of AI agents, and raised more than $100 million. Jonathan is focused on using AI to help pharmacies increase capacity, overcome workforce constraints, and give pharmacists more time to focus on patients.

Natalie Park is Chief Operating Officer at TJM Labs, where she builds the infrastructure and processes that let the company’s operations scale. A pharmacist by training, Natalie’s career spans pharmaceutical companies, payers, and health systems, giving her an end-to-end understanding of how medications move from manufacturer to patient. She founded Pharmesol, an AI-powered voice platform built specifically for pharmacy operations, serving customers across specialty, community, compounding, long-term care, hub, and PBM segments, and joined TJM Labs when it acquired Pharmesol. Today, Natalie brings that pharmacy and product experience to how TJM Labs runs, helping every team serve pharmacies consistently as the company grows.

John Pickering is Chief Financial Officer at TJM Labs, where he leads the company’s finance organization. He was most recently CFO at Veriff, the AI-powered identity verification company, and before that ran finance and operations for DigitalOcean’s AI/ML business. John brings more than 15 years of experience across financial planning and analysis, operations, corporate development, SEC reporting, and public accounting. At TJM Labs, he is focused on building the financial foundation for the company’s next stage of growth as more pharmacies adopt AI automation.

Kyle Schoenhals

Kyle Schoenhals, PharmD

Chief Product Officer

Kyle Schoenhals is Chief Product Officer at TJM Labs, where he is focused on turning how the company deploys AI automation into repeatable products and on building new ones. A pharmacist, engineer, and entrepreneur, Kyle brings more than a decade of experience in long-term care pharmacy and has worked directly with more than 80 pharmacies to map their operations and automate critical workflows. Prior to TJM Labs, he founded EncoreRx Automation, one of the early AI automation platforms built specifically for pharmacy workflows, which was later acquired by TJM Labs; he then served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. Today, Kyle draws on that experience to build products that help pharmacies address rising labor costs, reimbursement pressure, and increasing prescription volumes while creating more capacity for their teams to focus on higher-value work.

Saumya Rawat

Saumya Rawat

Chief Technology Officer

Saumya Rawat is Chief Technology Officer at TJM Labs, where she leads technology strategy and engineering across the company’s growing portfolio of pharmacy technology products. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master of Engineering in Computer Science from MIT, where her thesis explored how machine learning systems can be designed to reason more like clinicians. Prior to TJM Labs, Saumya co-founded Pharmesol, an AI-powered voice and automation platform for pharmacies, and helped lead the company through its acquisition by TJM Labs in 2026. She brings together expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, healthcare, and entrepreneurship to build AI-native products, scale high-performing engineering teams, and develop technology that helps pharmacies operate more efficiently.

Meghan Lui

Meghan Lui, PharmD

Chief Strategy Officer, Enterprise

Meghan Lui is Chief Strategy Officer at TJM Labs, where she helps shape the company’s strategy and leads its Enterprise segment. A pharmacist by training, Meghan combines clinical expertise with a background in user experience and design, holding a PharmD from the University of British Columbia, a Master’s in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. As TJM Labs’ first employee, Meghan has helped grow the company from its earliest days, shaping both its products and strategic direction. Today, she works with pharmacy organizations deploying TJM Labs at scale, with a focus on building smarter systems that make pharmacy operations more sustainable and ultimately improve patient care.

Ross Miller

Vice President of Sales

Ross Miller is Vice President of Sales at TJM Labs, where he leads the company’s sales organization and go-to-market execution. He joined TJM Labs as its Founding Account Executive and has helped build the sales organization from the ground up, combining hands-on selling experience with the strategy, systems, and processes required to scale. Ross has played a central role in the company’s commercial growth, helping TJM Labs expand from approximately 30 customers to more than 500 across retail, compounding, specialty, long-term care, and enterprise pharmacy. Today, he is focused on helping pharmacy organizations adopt AI automation at scale to increase capacity, operate more efficiently, and enable their teams to spend more time on the work that requires their expertise.

At TJM Labs, she is focused on bringing the voice of the customer into product, technology, operations, and company strategy while helping pharmacies achieve their goals with AI-powered automation.

Kero Ekladious is Head of SMB at TJM Labs, where he leads the team that brings AI automation to the company’s SMB pharmacy customers, from the first conversation through go-live and beyond. Kero began working with TJM Labs while completing his PharmD at Temple University, representing the company at industry events including PCCA ThinkNext and McKesson ideaShare. He joined full time in 2026 as Chief of Staff, working across the business, and wrote the standard operating procedures the team follows for every retail pharmacy implementation. Today, Kero is focused on giving independent and community pharmacies a simple, dependable path to automation that frees their teams to spend more time with patients.

Devan Conley is Head of Mid-Market at TJM Labs, where he leads the team serving the company’s mid-market pharmacy customers across sales and delivery. A pharmacist who worked on the bench before joining TJM Labs in 2026 as a Pharmacy Automation Engineer, Devan brings firsthand knowledge of the workflows the company automates. At his previous pharmacy, he built custom tools to speed up medication synchronization, and he is the company’s in-house expert on MedSync. At TJM Labs, he has led customer implementations and helps keep the clinical data behind its products accurate. Today, Devan is focused on building a service model that fits growing pharmacy organizations and the scale of their operations.
