Jonathan Adly is the Founder and CEO of TJM Labs, where he leads the company’s mission to build the digital workforce for pharmacy. A pharmacist, engineer, and entrepreneur, Jonathan brings 15 years of experience across clinical pharmacy, pharmacy operations, health systems, and technology. Before founding TJM Labs, he served as Head of AI at a pharmacy technology company and founded and sold GalenAI, a pharmacy intelligence platform. Under his leadership, TJM Labs has grown to serve hundreds of pharmacies, deployed thousands of AI agents, and raised more than $100 million. Jonathan is focused on using AI to help pharmacies increase capacity, overcome workforce constraints, and give pharmacists more time to focus on patients.

Kyle Schoenhals is Chief Operating Officer at TJM Labs, where he helps lead the company’s operations, execution, and growth. A pharmacist, engineer, and entrepreneur, Kyle brings more than a decade of experience in long-term care pharmacy and has worked directly with more than 80 pharmacies to map their operations and automate critical workflows. Prior to TJM Labs, he founded EncoreRx Automation, one of the early AI automation platforms built specifically for pharmacy workflows, which was later acquired by TJM Labs. Today, Kyle focuses on translating company strategy into execution and helping pharmacies use automation to address rising labor costs, reimbursement pressure, and increasing prescription volumes while creating more capacity for their teams to focus on higher-value work.

Meghan Lui

Meghan Lui is Chief Strategy Officer at TJM Labs, where she helps shape the company’s strategy and leads its enterprise business. A pharmacist by training, Meghan combines clinical expertise with a background in user experience and design, holding a PharmD from the University of British Columbia, a Master’s in User Experience Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. As TJM Labs’ first employee, Meghan has helped grow the company from its earliest days, shaping both its products and strategic direction. Today, she works with pharmacy organizations deploying TJM Labs at scale, with a focus on building smarter systems that make pharmacy operations more sustainable and ultimately improve patient care.

Saumya Rawat

Chief Technology Officer

Saumya Rawat is Chief Technology Officer at TJM Labs, where she leads technology strategy and engineering across the company’s growing portfolio of pharmacy technology products. She earned both her undergraduate degree and Master of Engineering in Computer Science from MIT, where her thesis explored how machine learning systems can be designed to reason more like clinicians. Prior to TJM Labs, Saumya co-founded Pharmesol, an AI-powered voice and automation platform for pharmacies, and helped lead the company through its acquisition by TJM Labs in 2026. She brings together expertise in artificial intelligence, software engineering, healthcare, and entrepreneurship to build AI-native products, scale high-performing engineering teams, and develop technology that helps pharmacies operate more efficiently.

Natalie Park leads product strategy, execution, and delivery at TJM Labs, turning the company’s vision for pharmacy’s digital workforce into technology pharmacies can rely on every day. A pharmacist by training, Natalie’s career spans pharmaceutical companies, payers, and health systems, giving her an end-to-end understanding of how medications move from manufacturer to patient. She founded Pharmesol, an AI-powered voice platform built specifically for pharmacy operations, serving customers across specialty, community, compounding, long-term care, hub, and PBM segments before its acquisition by TJM Labs. Today, Natalie combines her pharmacy expertise and product experience to build technology around the realities of pharmacy operations and help organizations understand how AI can create meaningful value for their businesses.

Ross Miller

Ross Miller is Vice President of Sales at TJM Labs, where he leads the company’s sales organization and go-to-market execution. He joined TJM Labs as its Founding Account Executive and has helped build the sales organization from the ground up, combining hands-on selling experience with the strategy, systems, and processes required to scale. Ross has played a central role in the company’s commercial growth, helping TJM Labs expand from approximately 30 customers to more than 500 across retail, compounding, specialty, long-term care, and enterprise pharmacy. Today, he is focused on helping pharmacy organizations adopt AI automation at scale to increase capacity, operate more efficiently, and enable their teams to spend more time on the work that requires their expertise.

Vincent Unklesbay, CPA, MSA, is Director of Finance at TJM Labs, where he is responsible for scaling the company’s finance and accounting infrastructure and supporting strategic growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions. He brings more than 14 years of financial advisory experience, including roles at EY, PwC, and MCG Capital Advisory, where he advised organizations across technology and a range of other industries. Throughout his career, Vincent has evaluated the finance and accounting operations of hundreds of companies and helped build and scale high-performing finance teams. At TJM Labs, he applies that experience to strategic financial planning, profitability and cash flow management, and using financial analytics to help demonstrate the measurable value TJM Labs delivers to its customers.
